Beau Chateau is at 11535 S Cicero Ave, Alsip, IL 60803, about 15 miles south of the Loop in a straight line. Its website describes a French-inspired estate on 25 acres of woodlands and open space, with ceremonies indoors in its halls or outdoors on the grounds. It also lists a filming and photography permit among its services, so ask about that early.
