Pricing Policy

All prices on loveandmoore.com are listed in U.S. dollars. Pricing, promotions, package styles, and availability may vary based on current seasonal offers or specific regional service areas.

Price Matching and Adjustments

• Price Matching: We do not match our online merchandise or package prices with those of other photography companies or third-party vendors.
• Price Adjustments: If you see a lower price listed in a Love & Moore official advertisement or promotional campaign, we will adjust the price provided that you purchased the service within 10 days prior to the promotion, you contact us at contact@loveandmoore.com while the lower price is still active, and the lower price is not part of a Clearance, Flash Sale, or Limited Inventory offer.

Volume Discounts

Love & Moore does not offer additional discounts on large orders unless specifically stated in a custom quote. We reserve the right to limit quantities on any physical product orders.

Price Reductions

• Sale: A temporary price reduction lasting up to 2 weeks.
• Temporary Price Cut: A temporary reduction lasting between 1 to 8 weeks.
• Permanent Reduction: A permanent price adjustment advertised for up to 90 days.
• Clearance: A permanent reduction on discontinued items or older album styles. Clearance prices are only valid while supplies last.

Confirmed Prices and Pricing Errors

Your Order Acknowledgment email signifies that your request has been received; it does not mean the price has been confirmed or the order processed. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may be mispriced. If an item is priced lower than stated, we will charge you the lower amount. If higher, we will cancel and notify you via email.

International Payments

All transactions are charged in U.S. dollars. Love & Moore is not responsible for currency exchange fluctuations or foreign transaction fees charged by your financial institution.

Shipping and Special Delivery

Standard shipping costs are detailed in your Wedding Photo-Video Contract. Oversized items such as large-format canvas prints may require a special delivery charge itemized in your Shipping & Handling subtotal.
