How to close it
- Lead with the lock, not the discount. For dates a year or more out, sell "secure today's pricing for your future date."
- Always stack the free engagement. Show it at $0 so they see the gift.
- Anchor high, land mid. Quote the standalone value, let the slider show savings, then name the bundle price.
- Leave one upsell on the table. Name the next tier up and its small jump.
- Close on the deposit. "A $250 deposit holds your date now."
The payment plan, in plain words
- $250 holds any date. Standard deposit to lock them in.
- Paid in full one month before the wedding. Never on the day.
- The balance splits into equal monthly payments. The further out, the smaller each month.
- Event within a month? It is paid in full now and counts as the deposit.
- The New Quote tab does this math for you automatically.
Handle the common objections
- "Too expensive." Move to the monthly number. A big total feels small per month.
- "The date is far off." "$250 holds it and locks today's pricing." Far-out is a reason to book.
- "We are comparing photographers." Vetted certified pros, nationwide, transparent pricing, free engagement.
- "We only want photos." Photo-only packages exist, add video to the wedding day later.
- "Cancellation policy?" Point to the booking agreement and pricing policy. Do not quote terms you are unsure of.
After they say yes
- Collect the $250 deposit (or the near-term event in full) to lock the date.
- Send the agreement to sign.
- They get portal access to fill in details.
- Monthly payments run until one month before the day.
- A certified photographer from the network is assigned.
Brand rules, do not break
- No em dashes in client-facing copy.
- Network and dispatch model. Say "your certified photographer," never "our team is with you all day."
- Phone (312) 884-9453, email contact@loveandmoore.com.
- Voice is honest, warm, direct.
